When renters are not residents of the United States or Canada but hold a US/Canadian issued driving license and passport, renters must also present a passport, international driver’s permit, permanent resident’s card or visa issued outside of US/Canada. In some US locations, customers not holding a US driver’s license may be asked to provide additional documentation. For example, in certain states (AZ, CA, NM, TX, CO) a valid Mexican voter registration card and/or inbound and outbound travel documentation.
